Breakfast was not expensive, decent views, ideal location not far from the Civic hospital, highway and great restaurants. Also, I enjoyed how reasonable the location was. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were compassionate. Breakfast had variety of decent food and drinks. Phenomenal location to arboretum. The beach nearby was nice and the view was priceless. The service was exceptional too.
